Over the last 18 months we have employed Full House Management to
manage 26 of our residential rental properties (approximately 85 separate
tenancies) in Wellington.

Prior to employing Full House we had managed these properties in-house as experiences using property managers in the past had been unsatisfactory.

I am however, delighted to report that during the past 18 months Full House have managed our properties as well, if not better than we did ourselves. I have found them to be professional, thorough and well systemised. Their managers are friendly, yet firm and professional with our tenants. They achieve full market rental for our properties, (unlike some other management companies who under rent properties for easier management) and ensure vacancies are kept to an absolute minimum. They also advise of opportunities to upgrade properties for increased rent.

Overall we are very pleased with Full House performance to date and would have no hesitation in recommending them to other landlords.
