Overview & History

Established in 2002 by Sue Yiannoutsos, Richard Adams and Matthew Ryan, Full House Management Ltd is a Wellington based Property Management company.

Prior to forming Full House Management Sue had 12 years Property Management experience managing the properties of friends and family. With this extensive background it is fair to say Sue knows the Wellington market well.

Sues reputation as being meticulous proceeded her which led to her being approached by Real Estate Agents, Richard and Matthew to set up a property management division within their company. Rather than being under their umbrella Sue took the opportunity to work WITH them rather than FOR them.

Full House is now owned 100% by Sue and her husband Dennis who bought out her partners in 2006 & 2007.

Full House is involved in the rental management of your asset only and not the buying or selling of properties - we leave that up to realtors.

The first 12 months saw Sue running the business independently before husband Dennis joined the team.

Now Full House Management is made up of a team of dedicated Property Asset Managers who are passionate about property, being property investors themselves. This first hand experience gives us the competitive edge in knowing what landlords want and expect
from us.
